Baqus has a strong Building Surveying division with a broad base of knowledge and experience across both public and private sectors. Our commissions range from small scale surveys and alterations to large commercial fit outs, including design services and project coordination.

Our expertise includes scheme design and contract administration, dilapidations, party wall services, access audits and remedial works, feasibility studies, expert witness and condition surveys. Specialist experience in the healthcare, education, residential, commercial and leisure sectors has been acquired, developing long term relationships with a variety of clients.

Where appropriate we provide a dedicated design team tailored to the Client’s requirements, complemented by our Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordination services to provide a one stop service. We also assemble and lead larger multi-disciplinary teams, bring in external resources whilst maintaining single point responsibility.
